Authenticator app

There are many authenticator apps available for Android, iOS and Windows. You can use your preferred app to setup a security code to login to GB Shared. This code will change every few seconds to ensure your account is kept secure.

If you do not have an authenticator app installed, we recommend using the Google Authenticator app which you can download using the links below:

Instructions

Follow the instructions below to setup your authenticator app and keep your account secure!

1. Make sure you have a suitable Authenticator app installed.
2. Go to the GB Shared login screen
3. Login to your account using your email address and password
4. On your dashboard, click on My profile in the left menu
5. Below your account information is a section called Account security, click on Setup 2FA authentication now
6. Once you see the QR code, open your authenticator app and click the + button at the bottom right of the screen
7. Click Scan a QR code
8. Scan the code on the screen to add to your Authenticator app
9. You're all done!

Next time you login, you will be asked to enter a 2FA code. Open your Authenticator app and look for GB Shared. Enter the 6 digit code from the app into the field on the website to login.
