6 stations working each major muscle group and more.

Various exercises can be done on each piece of kit.

All exercises, reps & sets will be displayed on a white board for members to follow and staff will be on hand to help.

·4.30pm - 9.00pm Monday - Friday

Members must be booked in prior to use due to limited spaces.

1 hour training slot available.

Max 6 clients per hour.

As always, the first session of the week is free, any additional sessions are £1.
