OUR CONSULTANTS

We have recently experienced an exceptional period of growth over the last 18 months, where we have increased our headcount by over 300% in order to meet the demands of our clients. We are really proud of our team who work exceptionally hard, who have been key to driving the growth of the business. 

We are now seeking six new trainee recruitment consultants to go through our fully comprehensive, bespoke training programme, which will take them from Associate to Consultant in as little as 12 weeks . The package is unrivalled and provides a structured learning schedule which is managed cohesively by the whole senior management team, meaning our new hires can draw on the wealth of experience of our time-served consultants to hit the ground running. 

THE PAST, THE PRESENT, THE FUTURE

To accommodate our growth, we recently moved our Manchester office in order to make space for an additional 8 consultants. And in early 2022, we will move our Preston office to one providing almost four times the floor space in order to enable our vision of increasing from 23 to 50 in the next three years.
