This week has been a fantastic week for Simpson Judge with two new hires and three big promotions!

This week we have welcomed two new hires to the team, one as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and one as a Data Administrator. Both of these hires have come through the Kickstart Scheme and they are settling into their new roles and teams perfectly. We are really pleased to have them both on board and look forward to helping them grow with our business.

We are also celebrating a whopping three promotions last week! All three promotions are moving up the ranks, progressing from the role of Associate Consultant to Consultant. This means that they are all billing consistently and managing the full 360-recruitment process. One of these promotions is the quickest promotion we have ever had at Simpson Judge, reaching their target and first promotion in just six weeks with the business. This is an incredible achievement and one we are really proud of!
