Simpson Judge Ltd are delighted to announce that they have hired two new key employees to join their senior management team. Established in 2013, Simpson Judge specialises in Accountancy and Finance, Legal, Executive and IT Recruitment across the UK for hundreds of high-profile clients.

Zach Crawford joined in November 2021 in a newly formed Regional Business Manager position. He will manage the Accountancy and Finance Team from their Manchester Office. Zach has specialised in A&F recruitment for over 7 years and is excited to step into his new role and spearhead the aggressive growth plans in their Manchester Office “Joining Simpson Judge was such an easy decision for me. It’s incredible to have joined a business that is so commercial, with a fantastic working culture, at such an exciting time! Alongside growing our existing teams, we’ve just moved into gorgeous, brand new, larger office space in Manchester city centre, and we’re very close to our brand-new Preston HQ being finalised. SJ already has a fantastic client/candidate network, alongside market leading resources and software, and an outstanding existing team of recruiters. All of this, coupled with the clear growth opportunity for our business and my team, really made the move a no-brainer. Whilst I’ve not been in the business long, it almost feels like I’ve been here forever already! Everybody has been so welcoming, and I’m extremely excited to play a part in driving our business forward.”

In November 2021, Simpson Judge Systems also welcomed Emma Lloyd, who assumes the position of Business Manager. Emma specialises in IT Recruitment and her expertise is already having a positive impact on the company. “Moving to Simpson Judge was an easy decision; the autonomous culture and support to drive our Transformation division really fitted with my 2022 plans for RPA & Digital Transformation.”

Reflecting on the last 18 months, Rob Simpson said “During the pandemic, Simpson Judge has strived to keep recruitment moving, continuing to provide our clients with quality candidates across multiple specialisms. Many people re-evaluated what was important to them during the first lockdown which spurred movement in the market. We supported our clients to capitalise on this, placing 178 candidates since March 2020. This was a due to our consultants remaining positive, driven and focused throughout. We have a brilliant team here at Simpson Judge and we are really proud of how well our consultants have performed over the last 18 months.”

Following on from their success, Simpson Judge are seeking to increase headcount from 21 to 50 over the next two years. To facilitate this, they have just signed a 10 year lease for new office premises 4 times larger than their existing Preston offices. “This is a really exciting time to join Simpson Judge. Headcount and revenue are increasing all the time which is enabling us to really drive the business forward. The fit out on the new Preston office began at the start of January ready for us to complete our move in early February and it is already taking shape.”

The new office space will enable the company to scale quickly with fresh, modern facilities designed to meet the needs of the business and its consultants. Speaking of their expansion plans, Ben said “We are really pleased to announce the launch of our new Graduate Scheme in August 2022, and we have been working hard with our management team to create a bespoke training program to support our new Trainee Recruitment Consultants to maximise their potential and their commissions quickly. We promote from within to ensure a meaningful career progression plan, and we also hire experienced consultants to benefit from a wealth of shared experience to help and each other succeed. Simpson Judge is going from strength to strength, and we can’t wait to achieve our 2022 goals.”
