Simpson Judge has enjoyed an exciting start to 2022, with six new hires and completion of the fit out of our brand new office space!
Here at SJ, we are really pleased to welcome six new hires since the new year across our four recruitment specialisms. Jamie Cheetham, Darren Guttridge and Stephan Kuhn have joined our Legal team, sourcing high-end candidates for prestigious law firms across the UK. We also welcome Ric Seear as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Accountancy and Finance Division, and Shaun Thomas in our IT Department doing the same role. Lastly, we welcome Jayne Smee to our Manchester office, joining the PA and Secretarial recruitment team covering the South of England.
Our six new hires (with two more pending!) are a brilliant step towards our goal to increase headcount from 22 to 50 by the end of 2024. With the growth plans of Simpson Judge well under way, we sourced brand new offices to make space for the extra heads. The office fit out took just six weeks and provides brand new, fresh, bespoke space to cater to the needs of our consultants.
We worked closely with our interior designer to create a space which enabled our consultants to make use of the area while maintaining the small company feel of the business. Creating zones for different departments and different work styles meant we were able to cater for each individual in the office, with each space revolving around our glass panelled boardroom. The boardroom was an important feature to enable our managers to meet regularly and in comfort with the technology required to support effective business growth.
We are really proud of the new offices and the finished result. We are looking forward to welcoming new members to the Simpson Judge family over the coming months!
***There are just over four weeks left to get placed through the kickstart scheme! We have two placements available for Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our PA and IT Departments. If you or someone you know would make a great Trainee Recruitment consultant and would like to hear more about what we do, please get in touch today!***
