I'm Lancashare Member Nick Hayward, an ADI/Qcf Assessor/Fleet Professional Driver Trainer with 30 years’ experience, delivering versatile driver training programs to private and commercial clients.

We're highly proficient at creating and delivering bespoke training and industry recognised certification programs to ensure corporate compliance within a highly regulated industry. Adept at helping clients to improve safety records and achieve considerable cost savings while optimising their carbon footprint through the provision of specialised ECO driving efficiency programs. With exceptional communication and influencing skills, we deliver engaging and insightful training to aid knowledge retention and understanding to individuals and groups across all ages and competencies.

Here's a little bit more about us:

We have been a member of Lancashare for more than a year and been a Driver trainer for more than 30 years now and like many other Instructors started off with the Learner Market. I soon moved toward corporate training and took the Rospa Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction

I qualified and was registered with the driving and Vehicle Standards Agency as a Fleet Approved Trainer, this opened the door to introduce myself to the corporate market.

I have worked for 4 Local Authorities with a mixture of road safety courses, and I’m involved with local schools and colleges with minibus training.

Over the last 10 years I have been working with organisations that wish to reduce their fuel bills and maintenance costs and I am approved by the Energy Savings Trust as a provider for Greener Driving Courses

I’m pleased to say I have worked along side many organisations that wish to have lower bills, including Construction companies, Engineering companies and housing associations.

I have written evidence to show that a Housing Association in Blackpool saved £11,000 after my fuel efficiency courses and they purchased a van to add to the fleet.
