Are you aware of the Data Use and Access Act (DUAA)?  No? Why not?!

You've heard of the GDPR and the DPA... so why are you ignoring DUAA?  Not wishing to be blunt, but ...IT'S THE LAW!!

It's a UK law that updates digital information and data privacy regulations. It simplifies compliance, introduces frameworks for secure digital identity verification, and broadens data sharing in the financial and energy sectors

Everything from relaxed 'cookie rules' (you DO have rules, right?!) to requiring a documented complaints process (e.g. expectations to have an electronic form that can be acknowledged to within 30 days.
