Let your cares and worries float away as we embrace the the element of Air in the last in the series of our Self Care Elemental Day Retreats.
The day includes movement, music, connection, meditation, lunch and weather permitting , time in the fresh air of the North East Coast.
As always the day will be lead by Silvia from Saorsa Firewalking and Events and Natalia from Temple of the Stars. Both women bringing their unique talents and workshops to you with the aim of prividing a joyful, nourashing and rejuvinating few hours of self care.
For the day please bring with you mats, cushions and blankets and suitable clothing for some exercise and outdoor session *weather permitting
We will provide lunch and hot drinks, we wil send out information regarding this once space is booked.
You are welcome to bring any extra snacks.
