I help professional women and female business owners to crush their inner critic so they can lead with confidence in their life and career.

As a certified coach, and following a long career in HR and leadership roles, I've gained a depth of knowledge and expertise through coaching leaders and experiencing the challenges that women in business face.  I also have lived experience of self-doubt, lack of confidence and stress/burnout which I've learned to overcome, so I'm passionate about helping others to do the same.  

This blend of personal and professional experience means I can truly support the women I coach, providing them with a unique and impactful experience that gives them lasting results.

I also work with organisations to provide bespoke management training, leadership development and coaching packages for aspiring leaders and leaders.
