This month, I'm celebrating one of my favourite vegetables – rainbow chard.
 
You may remember it from my RHS Tatton Park 2024 award-winning garden, where its colourful stems and lush foliage brought both beauty and texture to the planting. It's easy to grow, packed with flavour and a wonderful ingredient to cook with.
 
This month's Recipe of the Month is a comforting Roasted Mushroom & Rainbow Chard Pasta Bake – a simple, hearty dish that's perfect for any day of the week and a great way to enjoy this versatile vegetable.
 
The recipe is inspired by Rukmini Iyer's Sage & Roasted Mushroom recipe, published by BBC Food, with rainbow chard added as a celebration of this beautiful vegetable.
