Maintenance Operative – Full Time (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our busy maintenance department. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, offering a stable working pattern and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and well-established team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

· Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and basic electrical faults.

· Ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

· Supporting health & safety and food safety standards at all times.

· Keeping accurate maintenance records.

· On call duties on a rota.

· Working closely with production and management teams to minimise downtime.

About You:

· Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role.

· Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.

· Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge (qualifications an advantage but not essential).

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
