FOR Bolton-based business coach Paul Limb the sky’s the limit for his clients – and he sometimes means that quite literally.

For, as well as helping local businesses rocket to success, Paul is also a qualified skydiving instructor who used to spend his time teaching people how to jump out of aeroplanes.

Now, however, Paul - Managing Director and Head Coach of ActionCOACH North West - has been so successful with his own business he is moving into new offices in Deakins Business Park, Egerton, to allow further expansion.

This will not only give him more room for growth - he has recently recruited sales and marketing team members - but also offers a dedicated training facility. As he explained: “This is all so I can reach out to even more Bolton and Bury-based business owners to assist them in growing their business profitably and help them fulfil their goals.”

Paul has more than 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing, management and company ownership so understands the specific issues and challenges facing businesses today.

He has worked with and for Fortune 500 and family-owned companies in a variety of roles, giving him a real breadth of experience in areas like management and leadership, business development, team development, marketing and sales.

He and his team take an individual approach to coaching business owners, ensuring the fundamentals are in place, building on those over time with clients and their teams. “Being in business isn’t easy and often business owners can find themselves working long hours but not making any progress, or just becoming overwhelmed with their workload.”

Paul helps business owners focus on their goals, become more efficient in time-management, work on their leadership and team development and put strategies in place to create substantial business growth.
