DERIAN HOUSE CORPORATE CHALLENGE AWARDS

On Friday 27th September, Derian House held their Corporate Challenge awards, which we were thrilled to be a part of and was a huge honour when we won the endurance award.

Back in April Chris took park in 12 hour football marathon to raise money for Derian House. Battered and bruised, he carried on through it all determined to carry on for this amazing cause. A massive well done to him for being able to carry this out, what an amazing match!

The day was filled with excitement and lots of laughs. We had Disney Characters, Rovers players & Mascot and a magician come to cheer him on, everyone who was there would agree it was a brilliant and magical day.

We would also like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported Chris and came down on the day, every donation helps families and children looked after by Derian House. We are extremely pleased to say that we smashed our target in raising money for the charity.

Excitement rose as we got closer to the night of the awards ceremony. Nybble was delighted to have been nominated and was over the moon to have won the award. The ceremony was held at the Sales Geek bunker, altogether we managed to raise over £35,000, which is enough to send 35 families on a well deserved week away. Well done all! It’s not the award that makes all this worthwhile, it’s knowing we’ve been able to do something to help out a charity who needed it.
