This month we see Samantha Johnson construction consultant reach the March finalists for "Women in Construction"

This is such a fabulous achievement because behind the scenes Samantha has moved from an established catering desk in the middle of the pandemic to learn construction.  Not an easy task on its own!

She has built her database up to 173 clients since July.
She regularly attends networking events and always achieve 2 one to ones as her target.
Without fail she takes calls at 6am from labourers not going in to work that morning, car broken down or sickness.  Samantha hits the phone and the database to cover those issues.

Samantha has worked till 10pm at night registering candidates to go on site the following day to not let the client down.

Samantha GOES THE EXTRA MILE for all our clients and candidates.

Not to forget she has made a permanent placement in France!

But most of all the revenue from this desk has enabled the business to survive for a year allowingPerfect Recruitment Ltdto hold on to its team!

Samantha never shy's away from a challenge!
