January marked the first month of trading for Sivada, and it’s been a strong and encouraging start.
The focus throughout the month has been on laying solid foundations, reconnecting with existing relationships across Lancashire and the wider North West, and beginning a number of new commercial conversations. It’s been positive to see how quickly those conversations have developed, and more detail on client work will be shared as projects formally move into delivery during February.
Alongside this, work has begun on re-establishing and developing the LinkedIn North West England business events programme, working in collaboration on the events side to rebuild engagement, visibility, and meaningful connection across the North West business community.
I’m also extremely proud to confirm my role as Growth Partner for GB Shared, working closely with Lisa Edge. This partnership aligns strongly with Sivada’s focus on collaboration, sustainable growth, and creating practical commercial opportunities through trusted networks.
January has very much been about pace and structure rather than volume — ensuring that the right frameworks, relationships, and priorities are in place before scaling activity further. That approach will continue into February as additional announcements and developments are shared.
A positive first month, with momentum building steadily.
