All this week we are celebrating International Happiness at Work Week!

Are you happy in your workplace? Is your company doing anything to celebrate?

We hate to rub it in, but we are a bunch of VERY happy people in our place of work. We genuinely love what we do.

Ultimately we all have a choice of our 'emotional state' and just subtle changes to our external showcase can have a massive impact on how we feel on the inside.

What does happiness look like to you? Smiling, relaxed shoulders, maybe even having a giggle, bright eyes, joyful chatter? Whatever it is, doing more of how happiness looks, can allow us to feel happier too!

Maybe you want to start on the inside first? Well that's handy because back in the pandemic on our first lockdown, things were pretty grim.
