I am absolutely delighted to announce that I have made it through to the final of the Captain Kindness award for the Fresh Perspective Recruitment "Freshies" awards for 2022.

This gives me the opportunity to defend my crown that I won at last years Freshies, and very humbled to have made it to the final, and the other people in the final means I will have to up my game to be in with a chance of defending my crown.

It's not about winning, but being recognised for being yourself and for that to be celebrated really is the greatest accolade you can receive so thanks for all who voted for me.
