Last week CUBE HR treated the team at Blackburn with DarwenCarers Service to a day out with the horses at HAPPA (Horses and Ponies Protection Association) in Burnley.

Claire Thwaite, Head of HR at CUBE HR said “Both of these amazing charities are clients of ours and are also our team’s nominated charity for the year, so bringing to two together seemed like a really natural thing to do.

The HAPPA staff did a great job of entertaining adults and kids alike – with an access all areas tour of the yard, time for the kids to groom a pony and a riding demonstration, plus a yummy lunch. Luckily the weather was kind and everyone had a fantastic day.”
