Delighted to be back out and about and doing what my passion is . 

The last six weeks have been amazing ... I have been working in Ullswater heights in Cumbria to doing birthdays, Anniversaries catering. But the icing on the cake was the last 2 weekend doing the Bolton Food and drink festival , Where not only did I have a stall but was asked to share a stage and cook with some regional chefs and Celebrity ones. what an honour. At the food festival there was a Lunch with Jean Christophe Novelli and my Spicy Lamb sausage rolls were on the starter. "to get a compliment from him to say the were very tasty , I melted. especially in a French accent lol. Also worked with the very own Bolton Bake off's  Makbul Patel . This weekend I was at the Stockport food and Drink festival and again cooked with the famous Italian chef Aldo Zilli.

As you can see I am expanding I am looking for staff to work 4 days in Ullswater's in Penrith and also in Bolton . Please share as that's what we are good at and let me know if you have anyone who would be interested and willing to learn.
