We start by listening to where you feel you need our help, rather than us telling you what we do, as each client has different needs and we are not a “one size fits all service”. If you feel it would be of benefit, we offer a free HR Health Check and Risk Assessment. Once you have the results, you can carry out the recommendations yourself, or we can help, it’s always your choice.

1. Compliance – we keep you compliant with current employment legislation.
We’ll make sure your contracts, policies, handbooks and other templates are compliant with current legislation and meet the needs of your business. Whenever there is a change in law, we let you know and make the updates for you. You’ll never have to worry about changes again.
2. Firefighting – we keep you out of tribunal.
We’ll take the emotion out of dealing with the unexpected and unwanted by advising you and handling your disciplinaries, grievances, absence issues, change and difficult employees. We can even come and do them for you if you want.

1. Retained services
Our retained HR package includes checking your legal compliance, helping you firefight problems and nurturing your team. We’ll give you as much hand holding as you need to help you make your workplace an awesome place to work. No tie ins, no limit on the amount of time you use, just simple and proactive advice and support whenever you need it.
2. Ad-hoc services
Got a complex issue that you need help with, a specific HR related project, or does your HR department need some additional support? We even cover maternity leave. Our ad-hoc rates would be ideal for you.
3. Templates services
By law employees and workers must have a written statement of particulars by day one of their employment. You also need to have written disciplinary and grievance policies. We’ll provide you with customised templates to get you started. We can also provide bespoke employee handbooks, driver handbooks and new starter packs to make sure you remain compliant and have something in place for every eventuality.
