Blackburn is Hiring!

We were delighted to be in attendance at King Georges Hall, Blackburn this week where 3,000 young adults came through the doors to talk to employers.

From the armed forces to textiles, education to work placements and career advice, hundreds of young people stopped at our stand to say hi and find out all about YOU!  That's right, you!  

How is that possible we hear you say?  Well, hundreds of you as members of GB Shared, consistently share to our national youth platform The Gen, which allows you to pass on opportunities to young adults and helps bridge the gap between education and industry.

From your job vacancies to your guest teaching opt ins, your life skills to your news, young people were delighted to hear that they have a central platform filled with opportunities direct from the business community!  That means hundreds more young people are now signed up and enjoying seeing the opportunities that YOU are sharing!

They were thrilled to hear that you were sharing key life skills for them too, from how to get a mortgage, what's a tax bill, do I need insurance, can I start a business at 16 and much, much more!

Our humble thanks and deepest gratitude to all of you who continue to share opportunities with future generations, we certainly made sure your content was seen, moreover, your statistics, web hits and media channels may well see some improvement too!  Remember, we track and monitor all the activity for our members to prove the value of membership.
