Darwen-based AV technology specialist, Alpha Digital Networks PLC, is hosting a freeTech Day in partnership with Blackburn Youth Zone to offer local businesses insights into how to create compelling digital signage content and communicate with customers through video and photography.
Running from 10:00am until 15:30pm on 21 March 2019, the “Alpha Innov8 Day” includes educational workshops and the chance to explore the latest AV interactive technology and win raffle prizes to generate funds for Blackburn Youth Zone, based at Jubilee Street.
The event will feature slots from keynote speakers, Rob Hallam at BigTank Productions and Jak Spedding Photography. There will be three sessions on the day, running from 10:00am – 11.30am, 12:00pm – 13.30pm and 14:00 – 15.00pm. Topics include: “Communicating with your customer through video” hosted by Rob Hallam of BigTank Productions and “How to create compelling digital signage content” hosted by Joe Makepeace of Alpha Digital Networks. Refreshments will also be available on the day.
Speaking of the initiative, Joe Makepeace, general manager at Alpha Digital, said: “This is a great opportunity for local businesses to learn how to get ahead of their competition by using photo and video and to understand the latest AV technology. From estate agents to restaurants and sporting events, Alpha Digital is leading the way with its interactive technology to engage customers and drive sales.
