Safety in our offices

Appointments

Please telephone us before attending any of our offices. We will be able to advise you whether you need to see us in person, or if we can resolve your query over the phone.

We are still conducting meetings via video call or telephone wherever possible. We understand that there are some circumstances where this may not be possible, so if you believe it is necessary to attend the office face-to-face, we ask that you first speak to the individual dealing with your matter and he or she will assess if this is possible. You will be advised on the next steps in order to arrange a safe appointment time, whether you require a meeting or simply to drop off or collect some documents.

Attending the Office

  • We have placed instruction and information signs near our front doors; please read them before entering as some require you to ring the bell and wait to be invited into reception
  • We encourage you to use the hand sanitiser available in our reception areas.
  • Our toilet facilities will not be available to clients or visitors until further notice.
  • We may take your temperature on arrival and if we feel that there is a risk, we may rearrange your appointment to a later date.

Face coverings

We require all clients or visitors attending our offices to wear a face covering.
