Whats happening @ The Barn? Have they all gone mad?

Hello Everyone

Well what a year we have had!! Very different from our normal beautiful weddings and amazing corporate events!

So what have we done to survive?

Last year we created a pop up campsite and welcomed hundreds of people all very well socially distanced! to the farm to share our amazing views and wide open spaces.

Due to the success of last year and demand for staycations this year. We are opening the campsite again this year and hope to welcome you all to come and stay with us.

We will hopefully be opening on the 12th of April 2021 if all goes well with Boris's roll out plan.

All the staff here have been keeping super busy planning for this year and making the campsite bigger and better than last year. So far we have the following pitches available and ready for booking NOW!

DAISY THE COW - Basic pitch for tents and trailer tents on grass with shared access to Portaloo, hand washing sink and hand sanitizer.

SHAUN THE SHEEP - Pitch for tents and trailer tents with private facilities per pitch (composting toilet and shower) Limited numbers.

COMING SOON

BETSY - Our Tiny house horse box conversion. She sleeps 6 people and is completely self contained with her own bathroom, kitchen and wood burner. She will be available all year round and will be uber cool and quirky!

THE POTTING SHED - Our super cute glamping pod. This one will sleep 2 in a king size bed, with snug seating round the log burner, private composting toilet and shower unit alongside.

BUT THATS NOT ALL!!

Right now you can visit us ONLINE for a VIRTUAL farming experience and see what we are up to. Our beautiful wedding and events barn where all your kids were tearing around last year has gone back to it's roots. Now housing our 5-Star birthing suites for our 600 strong flock of sheep, all waiting to have their babies. The goats have moved in and brought their mate Tony the Shetland pony with them. We may even have some new born calves for you to see as our cows are nearing their due dates too.

Come and watch the pet lambs being fed, lots of hungry little mouths for you to see. Fancy a VIRTUAL farm tour? Book on to one of my walk rounds and see all the animals and learn about a variety of farming activities.

Maybe you fancy a shift in the lambing sheds? Join me for Lambing after lights out and see what is going on in real time. In all of our sessions you can ask us questions about what you are seeing.

You can now book directly with us via https://booking.parkhousefarms.co.uk

Never a quiet moment here and we cant wait to share it all with you!!
