The past year has had its ups and downs to say the least.
As businesses find away to thrive throughout the pandemic and not just survive, taking care of staff and customers has become a priority.
But with all these changes going on and rota's being amended, do you have enough qualified first aiders on site.
What you need to know...
If you have staff with a (Emergency) First Aid at Work certificate that will expire after 16th March, HSE have extended the expiry date to either:
• 31st October 2020 OR
• 6 months from the date of expiry (whichever is later).
To ensure you stay legally compliant, all re-qualifications should be completed no later than 31st March 2021.
What you need to do...
1. Please go and check your first aid certificates.
2. If you like the sound of re-qualifying using blended training whereby the amount of in-person training is reduced then please get in touch.
