ScottishPower has unveiled plans to stop selling energy to British industrial and commercial (I&C) customers.
What does this mean for GO Low Carbon customers?
All contracts will be managed as they are currently - with no change in service support for partners or customers as their changes affect larger organisations, not SMEs.
WARNING - if you are a current ScottishPower customer you may be targeted by unscrupulous brokers trying to scaremonger you into handing over information and signing you onto new contracts at MUCH higher rates. They are using this announcement to scare you.
No action is required, your current contract is still good. GO Low Carbon would be in touch with our customers if this changed.
If you have any queries or worries, please do not hesitate to ask one of our team at customercare@golowcarbon.co.uk or call us on 01228 830850.
