At Transform Your Training, we are dedicated to creating a national standard for high-quality, values-based training. Our unique Training 4 Influence methodology ensures that all training is impactful, engaging, and tailored to the needs of our delegates.
About the Role We are seeking freelance values-led facilitators across the UK, with personal or professional experience in the charity, criminal justice, or social care sectors. Previous training experience is not essential - what matters is your commitment to delivering high-quality, values-based training that is impactful, engaging, and tailored to the needs of delegates.
As a Values-Led Facilitator, you will: - Be matched with organisations and subjects aligned with your expertise and interests, based on your professional and/or personal experience.
- Deliver dynamic, transformative training sessions (both face-to-face and virtually) on a range of topics connected to your experience, including safeguarding, leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Join a supportive community of like-minded professionals dedicated to creating safe and authentic learning environments.

What We’re Looking For: - Personal or professional lived experience in the criminal justice, social care, or charity sectors.
- We are particularly interested in those with experience within Safeguarding and Leadership and Management, as well as those from Yorkshire and The Midlands.
- A shared commitment to our core values of safety, equality, and honesty.
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality training and consultancy.
- We welcome both individuals with years of experience delivering training and those completely new to the role. We offer comprehensive support and training tailored to your needs, including instruction in our Training 4 Influence methodology.
- People with a passion and commitment to their subjects and delivering quality training.
