Free Bitesize CPD in February

February is one of our favourite times of year; assessment season! Our Train the Trainer Award students are delivering their final microteach sessions, and we’re excited to open these up as free bite-size CPD opportunities for small charities and community organisations. 

These one-hour sessions are not just assessments. They’re practical, values-led learning designed to give you real takeaways, while supporting our students at a pivotal moment in their journey. 


Why Attend? 

We know how hard it can be for small charities to access high-quality CPD. By opening up these sessions, we’re offering: 
  • - Accessible, no-cost CPD – attend as many sessions as you like throughout the whole of February. 
  • - Expert-led learning – all students bring lived, professional, or connected experience to their subject. 
  • - Values-led, trauma-informed sessions – every session is developed using our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, ensuring engagement, inclusion, and practical impact. 
  • - Tailored, bite-size learning – content is relevant, focused, and immediately applicable to real-world practice. 

Your attendance will also support our trainees, helping them deliver their sessions in front of a real audience, making the sessions richer for everyone. 


What to Expect 

Each session is: 

  • - 1 hour long and hosted online 
  • - Focused on a single topic 
  • - Delivered using our award winning Training 4 Influence methodology, which ensures learning is: 
    •   + Values-led – connecting subject matter to participants’ values and creating safe, authentic spaces for learning 
  •   + Expert – combining connected experience and advanced facilitation skills to maximise insight and behavioural change

  •   + Engaging – combining emotional and intellectual learning styles to ensure effective, equitable learning

  • - Weapons, Victimisation and Drill Music: Understanding Risk, Language and Effective Practice for Professionals

When & How It Works 

  • - All sessions are hosted in our Hub+ Community (with a two week free trial) 
  • - Anyone can attend 
  • - Sessions run throughout February 2026 
  • - Each session is stand-alone, so you can attend those most relevant to you
