As the morning approached, we gathered for a brainstorming session to determine the core values at Prevail. We decided to select both core business values and personal values.


I won’t list all the great words we came up with as we laughed through the day, but summarising @Charlotte Wilkinson came up with a great idea for PREVAIL:

It touched our hearts when we spent all day discussing these important life experiences and beliefs.

Each of us is unique, and again, we proved that as a great team, we can achieve all we want together.

Choosing the values we share was the next step forward for the business and personally, reinforcing our commitment to these shared values.
