What tasks will I complete through the course?
Our course is designed to ensure we equip you with the skills to deliver excellent customer service which will serve you well in any industry. You will cover the following tasks:
- Deal with all
aspects of customer service over the phone, on the internet
or face-to-face ensuring that everyone experiences high-quality
customer service
- Resolve customer problems
- General administration duties
- Work in reception, in call centres, retail/wholesale outlets, warehouses or
in an office environment
- Carry out general customer service duties in support of the role
What skills do I need?
Whether you’re placing an order or sorting out a refund, one thing people want when they come into contact with services is being listened to. You’ll need to be able to show great communication and problem-solving skills. Below are some additional skills required for the role:
