From Leeds to Cheshire, Liverpool to Lancashire — our founder, Lisa Edge, has been out on the road again, championing the power of sharing and the strength of our county ecosystems.

Last week, Lisa was invited to speak to more than 160 businesses at The Business Catalyst event in Leeds. Addressing a Yorkshire audience, she shared the story behind GB Shared, the impact of our ecosystems, and how collaboration at county level drives real economic, social, and environmental gains.  Our grateful thanks to Graham Shires of the Business Catalyst for the opportunity to 'share' our story with so many.  Wonderful to see members The Cones Books and Get Ahead VA, and of course, one of our incredible Yorkshare Ambassadors, Fiona Ibbotson.

The response was incredible — businesses in the room have already begun signing up to Yorkshare, joining their county ecosystem, and booking onto Yorkshare Day this July.  

From Yorkshire, it was straight down to Cheshire for a visit to Crabwall Manor, the stunning venue hosting our upcoming Cheshare Day celebration. Momentum continued across the North West as Lisa headed to Liverpool to explore venues for our first Merseyshare Day. And of course, we’ll be bringing everyone back together for Lancashare Day again this year — with early conversations also underway for Lincolnshare.
