Manchester based Plumbing and Heating firm PANDA is now working with a property provider which helps some of the most vulnerable people in society to live independently.
After supporting My Space Housing Solutions with reactive repairs since March 2021, the team were contacted recently due to the great service PANDA provided. My Space were ready to switch their plumbing and heating contractors.
Paul Lloyd, director of PANDA Plumbing and Heating, said: “We were awarded the contract to manage the gas compliance for the entire housing stock of 1000+ properties.
“On top of this, we will continue to be reactive to breakdowns and repairs for both plumbing and heating issues.
“We have also been asked to supply and fit carbon monoxide alarms at all properties.
“And the client has access to our CRM systems so they can view in real-time the compliance KPis, certification and job status.”
