All Apprentices gain distinction grades and continued full-time employment throughout 2021.
Bolton-based, Training Provider, Alliance Learning, has had a 100% distinction success rate on their end-point assessment (EPA) results. This demonstrates high-quality results from all apprentices completing their Customer Service Level 2 and Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship qualifications.
To pass the EPA, Apprentices are assessed as professionals and are asked to demonstrate the variety of skills learnt within their current job role. Whilst extra covid-19 measures have been in force over the last few months, Alliance Learning apprentices were still able to take their EPAs, with the support from our dedicated Subject Specialist Tutors.
The Customer Service Level 2 and Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship allows young people to develop their skills and progress onto various specialist routes, such as HR, Accounting, or Marketing, to name just a few.
Commenting on the achievements, Kelly Perkin, Chief Executive of Alliance Learning said:
“In spite of the effect the Covid-19 pandemic has had on all individuals over the last 18 months, our apprentices are proving to be highly valued by their employers and making a significant contribution in various roles of their businesses. This is a fantastic achievement, and I would like to congratulate our Apprentices and staff on their success. They have worked tirelessly to achieve these amazing outcomes, overcoming significant barriers and adapting to a rapidly changing working environment. I am incredibly proud of them all and look forward to continuing this success over the next 12 months with #TeamAlliance”.
Established in 1966, Alliance Learning trains around 600 Apprentices and 6,000 individuals each year to gain vital skills to take back to the workplace. They offer Apprenticeships and Training Courses at the highest quality throughout the Northwest, helping people to develop, learn new skills and fulfil their potential.
