Established in June 2017, BlockIT Recruitment was born out of a desire to change the perception of the recruitment industry. Based on my previous experiences I was frustrated by the lack of focus on customer service, and the often pushy nature of other recruiters in the market.

BlockIT Recruitment is built on the belief that taking the time to get to know clients is the most effective way of ensuring hiring the right people for their business. Always dedicating just as much effort to understanding a company’s culture, as finding out the requirements for a role. A business is only as good as the people within it, and BlockIT will always go the extra mile to help build strong businesses, with strong employees.

With over 20 years experience in Employer Engagement and Consulting, Business Development and Recruitment, as well as being heavily involved in local networking groups, allows me to reach markets and opportunities other recruiters may not have access to.

The aim, at BlockIT Recruitment, is to get to know you and your business, helping to take away the stress of recruitment whilst adding a good dose of personality and personal, into the process.

Rebecca is a highly-skilled recruiter, devoted to matching her candidates with the most suitable position.
