Since 2015, Datacentreplus have been providing clients, including Lancashare and various members, with fully-managed dedicated server hosting, colocation, cloud hosting and data backup services. Coming from industries as varied as digital marketing, product development, health and safety, hospitality and leisure, each of our clients receives a bespoke, personalised approach that gets to the heart of their requirements, and provides a solution that exceeds expectations.

We deliver our services from our own ISO27001 certified data centre in Manchester, which is secure, well-connected and regularly maintained. Our core networks use Cisco equipment that is managed by our own on-site engineers, who also, due to their expertise, provide technical support as and when necessary.

We understand the frustrations of offshore call centres and useless helpdesks, and therefore, we don’t provide either, instead opting for support services that can actually make a difference. Even in the unlikely event of grid failures, our redundant power and connectivity systems will ensure you’re always connected, allowing business to continue as usual.

Nick Knight Offer a quality service I can trust for our business. Their data centre facility is both modern and sophisticated and is staffed by a friendly , competent team. I've found the team to be very helpful whenever we have required assistance. On several occasions we have been able to avoid late night trips to the data centre where Datacentreplus have been able to get any problems with our servers resolved speedily with "remote hands" working to solve the problem. I would recommend their comprehensive service to anyone wanting a hosting solution they can trust.
