The year is coming to an end, but we are not stopping at Fresh Perspective!

We know that this is a time of year where some businesses start to wind down until the new year. The recruitment sector is also guilty of this! Fresh Perspective on the other hand is here over the festive period for your recruitment needs.

As the year draws to a close, it is important for any business to have a strategic plan in place for business continuity. So, before you get into a festive frame of mind, think whether everything needs to slow down for Christmas in the first place?

It is important that you use this time of year to recharge and visit family (if that is what you want to do) but you don’t have to feel obligated to slow down over the festive period if you don’t wish to. Many businesses are open right up until Christmas day!

OUR MISSION IS TO BE REFRESHINGLY DIFFERENT.

Lots of people & businesses, including the Fresh team have had a bad experience with recruitment. It seems to have become a dirty word. People almost start to back away when they hear the word recruitment. So, we thought we’d apply the internal model of recruitment, as an alternative to employers using agencies or doing it themselves. We want to share our knowledge, help employers be better at recruitment and treat people as we want to be treated ourselves.

We are unlike many other recruitment businesses and we do not slow down in the run up to Christmas. Last year we were supporting businesses to expand and find super star candidates throughout December and into January. Those businesses were able to hit the ground running in January and start to smash those new year goals with a dedicated team, and new hire or hires that were a perfect way to start the new year.
