4) Any credit on your account, once the final billing is done from your previous supplier, is automatically credited back to you within 30 days.
5) With Utility Warehouse, on your "annual" review, any credit on the account is refunded to you automatically the following month

7) If your exit fee is £0 on your current bill - then you can switch provider without penalty.
8) If you use a comparison website we don't appear on them!
