Happy Birthday to us!

You may not recognise us, because we are new to Lancashare, but we want to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves, and impart some wisdom upon you all!

Sew Simple Workwear is a trusted business partner in the North West, providing all the fantastic businesses in our area (and further afield) with bespoke workwear solutions.

Celebrating our sixth big birthday, we have compiled our six big lessons learned in business so far...

1. Do not give up!! It’s tough at the start and there are many tough days along the way, but keep your chin up and keep going
2. Do not be afraid to say no to a customer/deal. Rather than take the order and let someone down, be honest and upfront and say no
3. Communication is key! If an order is wrong, or something is out of stock, keep the customer updated!
4. Networking is great! I have met some great people at networking. Not only has it brought me some customers, but also has given me a good support network for when I need things doing or help with something
5. Referrals and repeat business is key. Look after your customers and they will come back to you and refer you. (this is also a massive confidence boosters as if you are doing it right, then they will use you again and recommend you)
6. And finally, love what you do. The minute you stop, it will impact on how you run your business and how you look after your customers!
