A 50-acre business park in Leyland has been sold with the assistance of commercial property solicitors at Farleys.
The park, on Centurion Way in Leyland, boasts high-quality industrial and warehouse units, offices, secure compounds and fully serviced sites ready for bespoke development.
The park is located just off the M6 and M65 motorways, which offered an attractive prospect for any buyer alongside the extensive range of sites within.
The sellers, Ainscough Properties Limited, acquired Leyland Business Park in 2003 and undertook a large refurbishment and redevelopment project with the aim of creating a premier South Ribble business facility.
Aidan Grimshaw, Managing Director at Ainscough Properties Limited, commented,
“I am grateful to Ian Liddle and his colleagues who provided us with an outstanding pragmatic and commercial service for a complex transaction.”
The legal aspects of the sale were completed by Ian Liddle, partner at Farleys Solicitors, and assisted by Ross Liddle.
Ian added,
“We were pleased to work with Aidan and the team on this latest deal. It’s great to see the investment put in by Ainscough over the last 20 years to create this first-rate business park. It really is an asset for businesses in Leyland and we’re excited to see where the new owners take it.”
The buyers were assisted by Addleshaw Goddard.
