Practical Stewardship: How Ethos Drives Performance

By

Many business owners are facing new expectations from staff, customers and the Government. They are having to find new ways of working, not only for their staff but for themselves, too.

Stewardship is a holistic model that brings many benefits to business owners and staff alike. It gives people a sense of purpose and a better understanding of their worth within an organisation. This brings more ownership and fosters better productivity and enjoyment at work.

"Stewardship is about the responsible overseeing and protection of something considered worth caring for and preserving."  (ref. https://egis.ly/)

Craig Dean has spent his career in Digital, and has worked across the globe.  Until last year, he was the CEO of Koderly, a market-leading IT company.  His 15 years there saw him win multiple awards for leadership and innovation and allowed him to develop effective strategies for driving efficiency and change in a turbulent market.

Having now successfully exited his business, he is focussed on helping small and large organisations learn from his mistakes and success as a mentor, tutor and non-executive director.

In “Practical Stewardship – How Ethos Drives Performance”, he tells us how Stewardship transformed his business, and shares those experiences in an interactive and engaging way, providing practical examples that you can take to help your organisation meet the turbulent market we all find ourselves in.
