Sharon, from Progrex IT Solutions, was the lucky person to be interviewed at Ribble FM today. Lisa and Lee grilled Sharon as to why she moved from Malta to Lancashire .... the weather, of course! Driving from Walton-le-Dale to Clitheroe on a sunny Lancashire afternoon set the tone for a warm interview, which focused on both Sharon as a person, and Progrex. 

Sharon explained her passion for user-friendly software, remembering her frustrations with non-intuitive software, in previous jobs. She spoke at length about Progrex's new product: BRC Gap Analysis. This gives food manufacturers the peace of mind that they are compliant with Food Safety-V8, while reducing the resources spend on admin to prepare for this important audit.

Progrex are still very much in the bespoke software game. They acknowledge that this is crucial when manufacturers have a niche process, for which there is no off-the-shelf solution fit. 

Sharon was very restrained, and managed to hold back from giving a shout out to her mum, listening from .... sunny Malta!
