Darwen based AV manufacturer and installer, Alpha Digital Networks via its own LED division AlphaLED.TV, has just completed the installation of Hull’s first large roadside digital out-of-home advertising screen in partnership with Wold Outdoor.

Alpha Digital Networks has been working closely with Wold Outdoor, a digital out-of-home advertising specialist, to create ‘The Phoenix’ adjacent to the A63 in Hull.  ‘The Phoenix’ is a large LED digital advertising screen that will be passed by over 57,000 vehicles every day travelling in and out of Hull.

Alpha Digital Networks manufactured two 6m x 3m LED digital advertising screens to be installed on the structure built for Wold Outdoor. The signage team at Alpha set up cloud-based content management software along with data SIM signage management system so that Wold Outdoor could change the signage content instantly from any remote location. Despite the challenging location and 14m height of ‘The Phoenix’, Alpha’s AV Engineers completed the installation of the LED successfully.

‘The Phoenix’ is now up and running in Hull, playing adverts from multi-national to local businesses, helping to support the local economy.
