NAPSA & The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) are joining forces, so what does this mean for the UK Property Sourcing Sector?

The National Association of Professional Sourcing Agents (NAPSA) Ltd is now partnered with The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) with the official launch having taken place in December 2023.

Both NAPSA and The PRS are focused on providing guidance and support to Property Sourcing Agents throughout the UK.

NAPSA was launched in 2021 providing sourcing agents with the ability to:

* Access to a bespoke NAPSA Code of Practice.

* Access to a professional platform to advertise a sourcing business.

* Showcase a fully compliant sourcing business set up.

* Have property investors search and find a sourcing business based on area and investment strategy.

Tina Walsh (CEO) of NAPSA said “By working with The PRS and other supervisory regulatory bodies… we are aiming to ensure our sector provides a much safer environment for property investors when choosing to use the services of a property sourcing agent.”

Sean Hooker (Head of Redress - The PRS) stated, “… this partnership is another cog in the wheel towards a professional and trusted property sourcing sector”
