NAPSA has been created to provide Sourcing Agents and Deal Packagers across the UK with support, guidance and access to quality training which, all together increase the credibility and professionalism of its members.  We also support Letting Agents, Estates agents, Surveyors and other professionals within the property investments sector that wish to add another stream of income to their business.  Tina Walsh, NAPSA Founder & CEO provided training courses for such businesses through ARLA Propertymark for several years.

What is Property Sourcing?

Property sourcing is where an agent or other professional provides a service to a property investor by finding an investment property for them and supports them in building a property investment portfolio.

How can NAPSA help property investors?

NAPSA provides the first Free search facility for Property Investors in the UK to find a Sourcing Agent.  Those agents have been taken through a strict 25 point check before being 'Approved' and becoming visible on the site. Those Approved NAPSA Members have been checked to meet current national minimum standards for the services that they provide.

Recognition of the NAPSA logo will show potential clients that our approved members take operating a sourcing agency seriously and have provide proof of a minimum level of compliance to become a member.  NAPSA also monitors those agents for continued to compliance with standards.
