UW has won the“Best Value For Money”award at theUswitch Energy Awards 2023and runner-up in theOverall Customer Satisfactioncategory. That’s six years on the trot that UW have won recognition from the consumer website and confirms their strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Uswitch Energy Awards are based on feedback from over 17,500 customers across the UK, which provides a clear picture of how satisfied people are with their energy suppliers. UW don't pay to go on the site, but because customers have voted they have to report the results.

I'm pleased that I am part of that customer service too.  I love helping people save money and explaining to them how to make UW work for them, so the savings are above what I originally showed them when I compared UW's prices to what they were paying before. 

I don't charge for what I do and unlike a price comparison website, we can talk and ask questions are answered there and then.  I also like to keep in touch with my customers to make sure they continue to get good service and are not left with unanswered questions.
