Lancashare has opened its' second offices in the county, this time in Blackburn with Darwen.  The existing Over Darwen House building was set up by the Livesey Foundation last year and supports new & growing businesses and entrepreneurs to build great businesses and grow their teams.

Lisa Edge, Founder & CEO of Lancashare commented, 'Over Darwen House is a perfect addition to Lancashare, whilst we have primarily operated from Cotton Court in Preston, this second location helps us to support a bigger number of growing businesses on a more continued basis, we're so grateful to Mark Lomas and the team at Elgra for helping us source our furniture locally and from our members - we've some work to do yet, but the offices are coming along nicely thanks to Mark & his team!

The type of businesses (existing, new and growing) who operate through Over Darwen House need all the support they can get, as such, Lancashare is a great initiative for them to have access to.  It means each of their tenants get access to support, advice, hundreds of businesses, connections, funding, events, networking groups, advice and so much more.  Lisa added 'We can spend time with each of these new clients and tailor the support they need from our Lancashare membership.

Because Lancashire businesses have been pooling their resources via Lancashare for the last 3 years, we're now able to showcase a whole range of support, suppliers and services to them easily that's right on their doorstep, connecting our county and keeping more opportunities here!

The Lancashare platform helps these businesses decide which networking group to join, what funding is available to them, what support is 'out there' it helps them get access to local contracts and tenders, details of events across the county, which awards are up for grabs and so much more, moreover, it's the businesses of Lancashire who've made that resource possible!'
