Wow, what a story KRPR has been working on this week.  Our client, Ronald Britton has launched the world’s first plastic free glitter.

A completely unique product, it’s the only certified biodegradable glitter on the globe.

The last two weeks have seen us handling the media launch for the product and driving engagement with the brand and the new product on social.  The results have been incredible, which shows the power of a good story and good PR!

Last week we did filming with the BBC, taking them around Ronald Britton’s warehousing in Manchester and talking them through how the product is made and the reasons why it’s needed.  Andrew and Stephen, two of the directors at Bioglitter®, also did interviews with the reporter, so all in all a fantastic piece nationally and on both Newsround and BBC North West Tonight too.

Add to that, KRPR has had the story all over the press in the last few weeks, from national hits, to trade coverage in some of Bioglitter’s® key retail titles.

They have also had some incredible engagement on Bioglitter’s social channels, with some posts seeing more than 3 million likes!
