A whole host of new visa routes are due to be implemented in Spring 2022. It is vital that businesses understand these new routes and how they might work for them - both in relation to their immediate needs to secure and retain global talent as we emerge from the pandemic, but also in relation to their longer-term strategic thinking around their recruitment or expansion plans.

We’ll also explore the new High Potential visa route (for highly educated individuals) and the Scale up visa route (for rapidly expanding companies), These form a key part of the Government’s strategy for attracting and retaining innovation talent to the UK.
