Working with over 650 organisations, our Accelerate Lean Improvement Programme has helped identify more than £65 million in operational improvements—an average of £100,000 per organisation.

We're now enrolling Lancashire businesses onto our next September cohort, delivered from our headquarters at the Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone.

The programme combines:

Rather than learning theory alone, participants apply Lean tools directly within their workplace, delivering measurable improvements throughout the programme.

For eligible Lancashire employers, the programme is funded through Apprenticeship funding.
